Dig In is a Hit!

Posted on: April 19th, 2010

I’m proud to be part of a new locally grown TV show – Dig In – a gardening and cooking show from Yellow Gal High Definition and Hijinx Productions and sponsored by Scotts. While it’s only been on for two weeks, the ratings and responses have been great! It airs on FOX at 6:30 am on Saturday mornings – so set your Tivo and catch the whole series! Also available daily on ECO TV 18 in Eagle County.

Dig In cast and crew at the lovely Tagawa Gardens. From left to right: Mick Rosacci (me), MJ Thomas (co-host), Keith Funk (co-host), Sarah Beatty-Martin (Hijinx), Blaine Howerton (YGHD) and Jason Vaz (YGHD photographer) – Nick Arnold (YGHD Editor) is not in this pic, he was actually doing some work!

Week Two’s Recipe:
Blue Cheese Stuffed Lamb Chops with a Red Wine Sauce or Blueberry Jalapeno Preserves alongside a Garden Vegetable Tian Provencal. Recipes and videos from all past shows can be seen at this page – enjoy the following video from the show – cheers!
