we’d like to provide you with a brief update.

Tony’s has remained committed and even added additional space to our footprint during this delay,
however due to circumstances 100% out of our control, this project is still in a holding pattern.
The investigation remains open which means that the market concept is still a work in progress. We are
hoping to release an official opening date in the coming weeks as more details are worked out. We want
to assure our customers that the Tony’s Meats & Market team is continuing to work very hard through
these conditions to get the new market up and running.
