What if I miss or can’t make my pickup time? If you are unable to meet between the designated meeting time, please call our driver at 720-822-8348 to let them know. Your order will be brought back to our Littleton Market and placed in proper refrigeration. We will be happy to freeze meats and redeliver the following week, or you may pickup your order sooner at our Littleton Market. No additional delivery charge will be charged if scheduled for the following week.
Is there a fee for this service? Yes, there will be a $20 delivery fee per order. This fee helps cover the cost of gas, labor, and maintenance.
Will meat be delivered fresh or frozen? All meat and seafood items will be picked fresh the day before delivery. If you prefer frozen, please select the frozen option on the order page.
Do you offer catering? We may offer catering in the future but not at this time.
Orders $500+ lead time? We request that you allow frozen orders over $500 a 72-hour lead time. While we will do our best to fill any frozen orders over $500 due to the larger volume of an order of this amount the entire order may take longer than our standard next day deadline to completely freeze solid. We are able to offer fresh substitution or move larger frozen orders to the following weeks delivery.
What to expect at pickup? Our drivers will be professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and can assist you with loading your car and answer any questions you may have. While grateful, we do not accept tips.
Tipping Policy? While grateful, we do not accept tips. If you insist on tipping, all collected money will be donated to a charity at the end of the month.
Extreme weather conditions? Only on rare extreme and dangerous weather conditions or I-70 closings would we need to reschedule.
