Season fish fillets with Tony’s Chile Arriba and sear / saute with 1 TBS olive oil (or grill) – keep warm.
Sauté onion, peppers and garlic in oil, seasoning with Tony’s Chile Arriba to taste. Cook to tender / crisp – about 6-7 minutes.
Shred seafood and plate with veggies and condiments of choice – serve with warmed tortillas. Serves 6-8
