Baked Atlantic Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 – 6 oz. (170 g) fresh salmon fillets
  • 4 tsp. (20 ml) butter
  • 4 tbsp. (60 ml) dry white wine
  • 4 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 4 slices of lemon
  • Salt and freshly ground white pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place each fillet on one side of a square of aluminum foil. Butter the opposite side of foil, using 1 tsp. (5 ml) per square. Sprinkle each portion with 1 tbsp. (15 ml) wine, salt and pepper. Then add the dill and lemon slice. Fold over the foil, sealing the edges tightly. Place the salmon packages on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
