Banana-loupe Smoothie

  • 2 cups chopped cantaloupe
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt, with active cultures
  • Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup milk (soy, rice or almond milk is fine)


Puree cantaloupe and bananas in blender, adding splashes of milk to aid blender, as needed. Add yogurt, crushed ice and milk and puree until smooth.
