Preparation
Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 120min

  1. Cut shrimp into small 1/4 – 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Fully submerge shrimp in lime juice and marinate in the fridge for approximately 2 hours.
  3. Drain lime juice and gently stir in all other prepared ingredients. **If using Avocado, we recommend waiting until the very end and gently folding the cubes into your Ceviche.**

It’s THAT easy! Serve with corn chips, tostada shells, tortillas, french bread, or crackers. The possibilities are endless, really! Tony’s also sells fantastic homemade guacamole and hot sauce to add into your recipe and wow your friends.
Don’t forget an ice cold Cerveza!
