Easy Dulce de Leche (milk caramel) Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared piecrust
  • 1 pound sliced apples
  • 8 oz (1 cup) Dulce de Leche

Preparation

Wash, core and slice apples. Preheat oven to 375.

Spread about half of the Dulce de Leche into the prepared piecrust, add apples (blueberries or other fruits can be used to fill gaps), and drizzle remaining Dulce de Leche over the top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes – cool and serve.
