Golden Herb Potatoes

  • 1 1/2 pounds Yukon Gold or large Red Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 TBS Italian Herb Blend
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt (or to taste)


Wash potatoes and cut into quarters. Toss with remaining ingredients in a plastic bag or in a large bowl till well coated. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 325º till golden brown, turning occasionally (approx. 20-25 minutes). Serve immediately.
