Jerked Chicken Wings with Honey

Ingredients

Chicken Wings or Drumsticks

  • 2-3 pounds Chicken wings or drumsticks
  • 2-4 TBS Busha Brownes' Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Rub Honey

Preparation

Rub wings with jerk seasoning, transfer to a bowl or plastic bag and refrigerate for 24-48 hours.

Grill over medium to medium high heat or roast in a single layer in the top of a 425 degree oven. When the wings are almost done, brush with honey.
Serve with napkins and lots of cold drinks!
