With a sharp knife, gently slice off top rind of brie to expose cheese. Spoon enough chutney on top of brie to cover serface. Heat grill to 350 to 400 degrees. Place soaked plank on hot grill and close lid. Heat plank for 3 minutes, turn plank over with tongs, and heat other side until a light smoke develops. Place both wheels of brie, two inches apart, on hot plank. Close lid and grill for approx 10 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to bubble. Serve cheese with crackers or fresh bread.
