Ingredients

  • ¼ Tony’s 80% Lean Chuck Ground Beef Patty
  • 1 tsp Tony’s Garlic & Pepper Butcher’s Salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 slices of Tony’s Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 thick slices of Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • 1 hass avocado (smashed)
  • Boar’s Head Honey Mustard to taste
  • Dill Pickle Slices
  • 1 Tony’s Hamburger Bun
  • Butter to taste

Preparation

  1. Fry bacon slices and set aside.
  2. Season beef patty with Tony’s Butcher Salt. Grill burger to preferred doneness. Add cheddar cheese slices and melt.
  3. Lightly butter and toast hamburger bun.
  4. Season smashed avocado with garlic salt.
  5. Spread Honey Mustard on buns. Combine patty and bun. Add bacon and avocado to top of patty. Add pickle slices. Serve.
  6. Enjoy!
