Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. USDA Prime Chuck Patties
  • 4 Boars Head Smoked Gouda Slices
  • 6-8 oz. Stonewall Kitchen Basil Aioli
  • 6 Slices Pancetta
  • 4-8 Sun Dried Tomatoes (diced)
  • Tony's Wild Baby Arugula
  • 2 Tony's Brioche Hamburger Buns
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation
Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 20min

For Patties:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high setting.
  2. Season patties with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Grill patties for 4 minutes on one side.
  4. Flip patties and put cheese on top.
  5. Continue cooking until desired doneness (we recommend rare to medium rare 3-4 minutes.)

For Topping:

  1. Sear Pancetta in a grill pan or on the stove top until the fat renders and is crispy.

For Sauce:

  1. Mix Aioli and chopped sun dried tomatoes.

Assemble:

  1. Butter and toast brioche buns.
  2. Assemble patty and top with arugula, sauce, and topping.

This has to be the BEST burger I've ever had at home! Using the USDA Prime trimmings to make this burger really makes it juicy and oh so flavorful. Definitely will be buying it again! The only other competition is the Kobe burger. YUM.
