What a wonderfully busy and creative time for our culinary team. They’ve developed one of our most delicious holiday menus yet. Think about this…

A Roasted Beef Tenderloin Filet Wrapped in Apple Wood Bacon with Roasted Winter Mushrooms & Mustard Sauce served with Cauliflower & Goat Cheese Gratin and finished with a Chocolate & Cherry Trifle.

Or, how about a Salt Roasted Beet Salad with Arugula, Roasted Gold & Red Beets, Shaved Bleu Cheese, and Orange-Sherry Vinaigrette served before an Italian Roasted Cod Fillet with a Cream Sauce of Sun Dried Tomato, Artichokes, Olives & Basil with a  and Oreo Cream Cheese and Toffee Crunch Holiday Bar.
