Last day to pre-order is Dec. 12, 2024. A 72-hour lead time is required. Pick-ups are available between Nov. 4 – Dec. 14, 2024A $50 deposit is required for all pre-ordered roasts. The remaining balance is due at the time of pick-up. All pre-orders must be picked up on or before December 14, 2024. All weights are given in ranges. You will receive specific weights on your roast at the time of pick-up, where the remaining balance of the roast will be paid, less your $50 deposit. All pre-orders are frozen only. Fresh roasts will be available to purchase in-store only. This offer comes with a free box of Tony’s Original Butcher Salt (valued at $12.99). Your roast will need 2-5 days to defrost before cooking. Please allow ample time to thaw. Tony’s recommends defrosting roast under refrigeration to maintain roast integrity. Thawing instructions will come with your roast or you can view them here.
