Ahi Seasoning Rub: A tasty combination of garlic, basil and balsamic vinegar for tuna, swordfish, marlin, mahi and other steak fishes. Sprinkle it on or blend with olive oil and marinate for 20 minutes to overnight before cooking on the grill, in a pan or in the oven. Cherry Ancho Chile Rub: Great on pork, beef and bison steaks or roast destined for the pan, oven or grill. Fajita Seasoning: RECIPE: Sprinkle generously over sliced steak, chicken, pork or seafood and stir-fry quickly with oil over high heat with pepper and onion strips.
