If you’re not a Tony’s Rewards member, it’s easy to sign up; Just visit your nearest Tony’s and ask a cashier for a sign-up sheet. 

What is “Tony’s Rewards”?
It is a program that rewards you for shopping at Tony’s Meats & Market.

How do I earn rewards?
You earn one point for every dollar you spend on catering orders, meat bundles and any products purchased in the markets. Simply provide your rewards card or phone number at checkout.

What rewards can I earn?
For every $500 you spend, you’ll earn a $10 reward to be applied to your next purchase. You’ll receive a $5 reward to spend during your birthday month. You’ll also have access to special email-only offers and promotions.

Why should I sign up for Tony’s Rewards?
You need an account to be eligible for cash back rewards, birthday rewards or any special email-only offers and promotions. You will still have access to our sale pricing, Blazin’ Buy and Mid-Week Manias without an account.

How is Tony’s Rewards different from the Culinary Club?
Redemption is easier because we’ll apply points to your rewards account automatically. NO MORE PRINTING REWARDS! With every purchase, you will now see your accrual at the bottom of your receipt.

What happens to my Culinary Club account?
Your Culinary Club account has already been transferred in its entirety to a Tony’s Rewards account which includes any issued rewards and all accumulated points. 

How do I sign up for Tony’s Rewards?
If you already had a Culinary Club account, you’re already signed up. Continue to use your Culinary Club card or phone number each time you shop. If you’re not a Tony’s Rewards member, just ask a cashier for a sign-up sheet.

Do I need a new card?
No. Your Culinary Club card and account number have been transferred to Tony’s Rewards. Continue to use your Culinary Club card or phone number each time you shop.

How long do I have to spend my reward?
You have 30 days from the date of issue to spend your reward. A birthday reward must be used during your birthday month. Coupons and special offers will have their own expiration dates.

Can I use multiple rewards at the same time?
Yes! You are more than welcome to use as many unexpired rewards as you have available. Be sure to use your rewards before they expire. 

Help! My reward expired before I could use it.
Unfortunately, we are not able to retrieve expired rewards; they’ve been removed from your Tony’s Rewards account. It is very important you redeem your rewards before they expire.

Help! I can’t log in to my Culinary Club account.
That’s correct, the Culinary Club online login portal is no longer available. Instead, you can now keep track of your Tony’s Rewards at the bottom of each receipt.

Help! My reward is missing.
Please email support@tonysmarket.com with your Tony’s Rewards / Culinary Club account number, name and phone number and we will assist you.

Help! I’m not receiving Tony’s emails.
Please email support@tonysmarket.com and request to be added to our email list.

What do you do with my information?
Tony’s Meats & Market respects your privacy. Any and all information collected through the our program will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you provide will be held with care and will not be used in ways you have not consented to. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, Tony’s Meats & Market would like to know.
