This flavorful pinwheel steak is the perfect centerpiece for a get-together or a great way to make weeknight dinners exciting and satisfying for the whole family! The best part… no preparation needed. Simply put it in the oven!

Follow these easy cooking directions:

Roast in a preheated oven at 350° for 18-22 minutes per pound or to an internal temp of 140°. Great with a side of pasta and Tony’s Vodka Sauce!
