  • 1 1/2 Pound Cod Fillets
  • 1/4 cup light Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Green or Red Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
  • Salt to Taste, optional


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line an 8 inch square baking dish with aluminum foil and place fish on foil.

Mix mayonnaise, Onion, Dill and Salt and spread over Cod.

Bake about 20 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork, or about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
