Brush filets with olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper and place filets skinless side up under broiler. Broil for 3-4 minutes and turn over, skin side up. Broil for 3-4 more minutes, fish will be opaque and firm to touch.
Serve with warm Lemon Butter Sauce. – In a medium sized sauce pan, melt the butter. Add the white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice. Reduce heat to keep warm.
