Buffalo Chicken Wings

  • 2 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 cup Azzaro's, Bruce's or Red Hot - hot sauce
  • 1/2 lb. butter


Melt butter in Bruce’s Hot Sauce and set aside.

Deep fry wings till fully cooked (I choose to bake mine)

Toss wings and sauce in covered container and serve with additional sauce, celery and bleu cheese dressing.
