Brush tenderloins with olive oil and immediately rub in spice blend – coating well – let rest at least 30 minutes at room temperature (not over 2 hours).
Prepare coals for grilling. Place pork on grill 4 inches from medium-hot coals. Grill 15-20 minutes or until inserted meat thermometer reads 150 degrees, turning occasionally. Remove, cover and rest 5-10 minutes.
