Chicken Guacamole Stuffed Arepas

Ingredients

  • La Empanada Arrepas (corn flatbreads, in our freezer section)
  • 1 part shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 part cheddar or pepper jack cheese, grated
  • 1 part Tony’s guacamole (or more to taste)
  • 1 part shredded lettuce

Preparation

Warm arepas on the grill or in the toaster and split one side with a knife.

Toss remaining ingredients and stuff into warm arepas, serve immediately.

Note: Substitute chicken with Tony’s roast beef, chopped; or Tony’s Carne Asada, grilled and sliced.
