Ingredients

Burger

  • 1.5 lbs. Tony's Ground Beef
  • .5 lbs. Tony's Chorizo
  • 3 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1-2 tsp. Salt
  • Cracked Pepper- to taste

Additions for the Burger

  • 4-6 Tony's Slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • 4-6 Fresh Hamburger Buns
  • Tony's Guacamole
  • Tony's Pico
  • 12 Bacon Strips

Preparation
Prep Time: 15min | Cook Time: 10min

Building the Burger:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Heat a large frying pan and add some oil.
  2. Fry a small amount of the burger mixture to check the seasoning. Adjust if necessary.
  3. Form the mince mixture into burger patties and fry for about 4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. When you’ve flipped the burger the first time, place a slice of cheese on the patty and allow to melt while the patty is cooking.
  4. Serve on a fresh bun with home-made Pico, Guacamole and Bacon strips!
  5. Enjoy!
