Double Bacon Burger Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients

  • 1 LB of Tony's All American Burgers, crumbled (about 2 burgers, available in the Meat Dept.)
  • 3/4 LB fresh jalapenos
  • 1 package of River Bear Palisade Peachwood Smoked Bacon (available in the Smoked Meats Case)

Preparation
Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 15min

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice jalapenos lengthwise and de-seed them.
  3. Stuff jalapeno halves with about 1 oz. of the All Americn Burger crumbles (about the size of a small meatball).
  4. Wrap each stuffed jalapeno half in 1 strip of River Bear Palisade Peachwood Smoked Bacon.
  5. Place on grill for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon starts to crisp.

**You can also throw these jalapeno poppers on your smoker! Simply pre-heat your smoker to 250° and cook them for about an hour.**
