Citrus Salmon

  • 2 – 6oz (170 g) fresh salmon fillets
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) dried thyme
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste


Place salmon in baking dish, skin side down. Squeeze lemon and orange and grate rind. Combine juices and rind; pour over salmon. Sprinkle with thyme and pepper. Bake or microwave. Pour pan juices over cooked salmon.

Bake: 10 min per inch of thickness at 450°F (230°C).

Microwave: cover with wax paper at 70% power for 3 min per inch of thickness.
