Week Night Meals

Tony’s Colorado Steak Chili

  • 1 LB of flap meat or top sirloin, 1/4" cubes (also great with ground beef!)
  • 1 jar of Tony's Colorado Steak Chili Starter
  • 15 oz can of black or kidney beans, drained
  • 8 oz of water (add more water for cast iron)
  • 1 tbs of olive oil

Optional Ingredients

  • Diced bell pepper
  • Corn
  • Jalapeno peppers, diced
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Sour cream
  • Onions, diced
  • Cilantro, chopped


  1. Brown meat in olive oil, then drain
  2. Add chili starter, beans, water, and any optional ingredients
  3. Simmer for 15 – 20 minutes to let the flavors blend
  4. Serve with your choice of toppings. We recommend grated cheese, sour cream, and fresh cilantro!
