Dessert Wine Peaches

  • 1/2 cup Muscat dessert wine
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil or mint leaves, julienne
  • 2 TBS honey
  • 3-4 ripe peaches, peeled and thinly sliced


In a large glass bowl, combine the wine, herbs and honey. Stir in the peaches and let macerate at room temperature for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least one hour or up to 4 hours before serving. Serve in wine glasses with sweetened creme fraiche or whipped cream.
