Fig, Almond and Raisin Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup rice milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dried fig
  • 10 raisins
  • 5 almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


Cut the fig and almonds into small pieces. Place all the ingredients in a cooking pot, give them a light stir then bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
