Ingredients

Arctic Charr Tacos

  • 10oz. Arctic Charr
  • 4 Mission Street Taco Shells (small)
  • 5 TBS De Cecco L'Olio Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt (to taste)

Cucumber Salad

  • 1/5 Cucumber
  • Sea Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)

Yogurt Dressing

  • 5 TBS Greek Yogurt
  • 15 Mint Leaves, chopped
  • 1 TBS Honey
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • Sea Salt (to taste)

Preparation
Prep Time: 25min | Cook Time: 6min

Grilled Arctic Charr Tacos

  1. Preheat a grill pan.
  2. Cut fish into 4 pieces and season with sea salt to taste.
  3. Add oil to the pan and fry fish for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Heat the tacos on a hot, dry frying pan for 10 seconds on each side.
  5. To serve, place fish on taco shell and top with cucumber salad and yogurt dressing.

Cucumber Salad

  1. Finely slice cucumber.
  2. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

Yogurt Dressing

  1. In a bowl, mix greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
  2. Add chopped mint.
  3. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
