Maytag Blue Cheese Pistachio Grapes

  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tsp. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 TBS powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pistachio nuts, pecans or almonds
  • 1 large bunch red or green grapes (40-60 grapes)


In a small bowl combine cream cheese, Maytag Blue Cheese, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and almond extract. Roll each grape in cheese mixture then in chopped nuts. Cover & chill grapes for 30-60 minutes, or until serving time. Place small cocktail toothpicks in each grape. Yields 10-15 servings. (about 4 grapes per serving)
