  • 4 Cups Palisade Peaches (about 4 peaches), chopped
  • 2 TBS Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 1 TBS Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp De Cecco L'Olio Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt, to taste
  • Pinch of Black Pepper, to taste
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper, to taste

Prep Time: 15min

  1. Wash and chop all vegetables.
  2. Combine vegetables with remaining ingredients and toss to combine evenly.
  3. Enjoy with a bag of Tony’s Tortilla Chips!

NOTE: If the peaches are not ripe enough, cook down chopped peaches with 2 TBS of sugar until peaches are soft but still retain shape for texture.
