Soy & Miso Marinated Arctic Charr

  • 7oz. Arctic Charr
  • 5 1/2 TBS Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 TBS Red Miso Paste
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced

Chili & Garlic Fried Broccolini

  • 8 Pieces Broccolini
  • 1 Chili
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced

Prep Time: 25min | Cook Time: 10min

Soy & Miso Marinated Arctic Charr

  1. Whisk soy sauce, water, and miso paste together in a bowl.
  2. Cut Arctic Charr in half and lef marinate in the bowl for 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat a non-stick pan.
  4. Fry Arctic Charr for 3 minutes, skin-side down. Turn over and cook for 1 additional minute.
  5. Remove fish from pan and drizzle with half a lime.

Chili & Garlic Fried Broccolini

  1. Preheat grill pan.
  2. Add oil and broccolini to pan.
  3. Constantly stirring, fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chili and garlic. Season with salt, to taste.
  5. Add lime juice to the pan before removing the broccolini.
