Strawberry Jam Burger

  • 1 lb. 80-90% Ground Chuck
  • 1/2 lb. Ground Sirloin (this is done at a 2 to 1 ratio and makes 3.5 lb burgers!)

Strawberry Jam Sauce

  • 4 TBS Tony's Strawberry Jam
  • 3 TBS Water
  • 1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder


Burger Assembly:

  1. Bottom bun with mayo on it.
  2. Burger with melted provolone cheese
  3. 2 pieces of Tender Belly Cherrywood Smoked Bacon
  4. Bun top with Strawberry Jam Sauce on it. With heat this will help it melt down for dripping of the burger!
