Handful of fresh basil leaves, plus more right before serving

Cut the Roma Tomatoes lengthwise into half then cut each half into fourths.
Thinly slice the red onion, chop the cucumbers, and finely dice the garlic cloves.
Roll and chop the basil leaves.
Mix the Roma tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, salt, pepper, garlic, basil leaves and olive oil in a bowl.
Let it set in room temperature for about 30-45 minutes. Once the flavors marinate together, add your flank steak and more basil leaves to taste.
Enjoy!
