The Jalapeño Popper Burger

  • ¼ Tony’s 80% Lean Chuck Ground Beef Patty
  • 1 tsp Tony’s Garlic & Pepper Butcher’s Salt
  • 3 thick cut slices of cream cheese
  • 2 slices Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • 1 fire roasted jalapeño, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp Tony’s Raspberry Jalapeño Jam
  • 1 Tony’s Hamburger Bun
  • Butter to Taste


  1. Fry bacon slices. Set aside.
  2. Season beef patty with Tony’s Butcher Salt. Grill burger to preferred doneness.
  3. Lightly butter and toast hamburger bun.
  4. Add Raspberry Jalapeño Jam to buns to taste. Combine patty and bun. Add half of diced jalapeños to top of patty. Layer cream cheese slices over diced jalapeños. Cover cream cheese with remaining half of diced jalapeños. Add bacon slices to top of patty. Serve.
  5. Enjoy!
