Fire Roast Poblano Pepper. Remove roasted pepper skin and seeds. Slice poblano into medium length moderately thin slices. Set aside.
Prepare Rajas con Queso: Heat small saucepan to medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Add slices of peppers. Fry peppers in oil 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and sauté for 2 minutes. Add water. Add bouillon. Bring to a gentle boil then lower heat. Simmer 10 minutes.
Add diced muenster cheese to pepper sauce. Once cheese melts to stringy consistency, remove from heat.
Season beef patty with Tony’s Butcher Salt. Grill burger to preferred doneness. Add muenster cheese slices and melt.
Lightly butter and toast hamburger bun.
Combine muenster cheese patty with bun. Pour generous serving of Rajas con Queso over patty. Drizzle Crema Mexicana over prepared patty and serve.
