Tony’s Spicy Hawaiian Poke Bowl with Veggies

  • 1 LB Pre-Cut Prime Tuna Poke Cubes
  • 4 oz  Dumpling Daughter Spicy Sweet Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Christopher Ranch Pureed Ginger
  • 6 TBS Green Onion, chopped on bias.
  • 1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
  • ½ ea Avocado Diced ½” thick
  • 2 TBS Mango Diced ½” thick
  • 1.5 TBS Jalapeno Diced

Prep Time: 10min

  1. Mix Spicy Sweet Soy, salt, ginger, green onions, avocado, jalapeno, mango, and sesame seeds in sanitized mixing bowl.
  2. Lightly toss tuna and marinade together.
  3. Serve with cooked and chilled Nishiki short grain rice and seaweed salad for a restaurant quality poke eating experience.
