1. Follow instructions on back of Tiberino Pasta package to prepare pasta.
2. Once pasta is almost done, add in 1 package of PanaPesca Tuscan Medley seafood mix.
3. Cook until shrimp are firm and the shells open up. **Suggestion: Discard and do not eat any of the shells that do not open up during the cooking process.**
4. Suggestion: Add a bit of cream at the end of cooking and top finished dish with generous amounts of Parmesan cheese.
Trofiette pasta is perfect in almost any dish but we prefer them with basil pesto made according with Genova recipe. You will have just to add grated cheese.
