Split bananas and place in two serving dishes, banana-split style.
Drain fruit salad and finely chop or pulse to chop in a food processor.
Blend yogurt with honey to taste.
Top banana with dollops of yogurt and top with spoonfuls of chopped fruit and Udi’s granola.
Optional – puree 1/2 pint of raspberries, strain and drizzle on top.
