Preparation
Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 7min
Pre-heat a skillet on medium-high heat.
Pour entire jar of Tony’s Mediterranean Simmering sauce into the skillet. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce is hot throughout.
Add in peeled & de-veined shrimp and simmer until shrimp are just firm, another 3-5 minutes.
Serve over rice, creamy polenta, or pasta. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese & enjoy!
**Note: The sauce will thicken as it cooks. You can you whichever protein you’d like: chicken, Italian Sausage, beef, etc. or you can even mix them together! This sauce is also great by itself as a bread dipper.**
