"I hope you enjoy the beef chuck and onions when you make it. The key to that recipe is to use any variety of sweet onions, regular yellow onions just don’t give it the same taste. Also, my family and I really enjoy it served as a sauce over large tube shaped pasta like mostaccioli. Top it with fresh grated Parmesano Reggiano, fresh cracked black pepper and crusty bread for a delicious rustic Italian dinner.
