1 Bottle of Soy Vay Island Teriyaki Sauce (or 1 20oz. bottle of your favorite marinade or sauce)
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
Drizzle of De Cecco L'olio Olive Oil
Sesame Seed for garnish
Tony's Krazy Salt, to taste

Preheat Instant Pot on Sauté function with the highest heat setting.
Season your Chuck Short Ribs on all sides with Tony’s Krazy Salt, to taste.
Drizzle De Cecco L’olio Olive Oil in Instant Pot (no more than 2 tablespoons). Add in minced garlic and sauté very briefly, until fragrant.
Place your Chuck Short Ribs in the Instant Pot and sear them on all sides so that they are browned.
Pour in the entire bottle of Soy Vay Island Teriyaki Sauce.
Close Instant Pot lid and pressure cook on the Manual setting for 45 minutes. Allow pressure to manually release, about 5 minutes, or until the Instant Pot lid unlocks. Be careful as the steam will be hot.
