Ingredients

  • ¼ Tony’s 80% Lean Chuck Ground Beef Patty
  • 1 tsp Tony’s Garlic & Pepper Butcher’s Salt
  • 2 slices of Colby Jack Cheese
  • ½ cup diced bacon
  • 1 cup Tony’s Sweet & Sassy BBQ Sauce
  • Boar’s Head Yellow Mustard to Taste
  • Dill Pickle Slices
  • 1 Tony’s Hamburger Bun
  • Butter to Taste

Preparation

  1. Fry diced bacon. Combine diced bacon with BBQ sauce in small saucepan. Simmer.
  2. Season beef patty with Tony’s Butcher Salt. Grill burger to preferred doneness. Add Colby jack cheese slices and melt.
  3. Lightly butter and toast hamburger bun.
  4. Spread Mustard on buns. Combine patty and bun. Add BBQ sauce with bacon bits on top of burger. Add pickle slices. Serve.
