FOUR LOCATIONS. There are four Tony’s Market locations throughout the Denver metro area and each is staﬀed by its own resident butcher.
A FAMILY-RUN BUSINESS. Tony Rosacci is still actively involved in day-to-day operations and his three children all play a role as well. Daniel Rosacci is the Chief Executive Oﬃcer and President; Avie Rosacci is the Chief Operations Oﬃcer; Mick Rosacci is the Head Chef. Other family members also contribute. In fact, Anna Rosacci, Tony’s granddaughter, is the new store manager at the Bowles location.
CATERING DIVISION. Stop in one of our four markets to make small catering orders or to pick up top-notch pre-made deli platters. For large events, check out the Tony Rosacci Fine Catering website. We partner with many of Denver’s event venues and are a choice caterer for the Clyﬀord Still Museum and The Colorado Avalanche.
BLAZING BUYS. Earlier in 2015 we made a commitment to seek out meat, seafood, and other product at unusually low prices. We buy up as much of it as we can and then pass the savings along to our customers. Blazing Buy products are all purchased in limited quantities. (Learn more here.)
THE BROADWAY STORE IS UNLIKE THE OTHER THREE MARKETS. In addition to the same great prepared foods, meat selection, and specialty products, at the Broadway Tony’s Market location customers can…
- Drink and shop! Grab a local brew or glass of wine before you begin ﬁlling up your cart.
- Our bistro, Tony’s Burgers, is a convenient fast-casual dining option for both lunch and dinner.
- East and West Coast Oysters are available for eat-in enjoyment every Friday night at Tony’s Burgers.
- The new sandwich and salad bar is stocked! With our indoor and outdoor seating, the bar is an ideal take-away or eat-in meal option.
LOCAL DAYS. Every August we host Local Days at all four of Tony’s locations. This year nearly 25 Colorado food companies were present to sample their product. We roasted chiles and grilled burgers as well.

AN EVOLVING BLOG. In February 2010, Chef Mick, head chef and one of Tony’s sons, launched his blog (supper-is-ready.blogspot.com) where he features recipes, tips, and food insights from Tony’s Market. He posts less frequently these days, but you can ﬁnd more news and announcements from Tony’s here.
