Tony’s Classic Suppertime Solution
Steak Ranchero
Strips of Sierra Steak browned in masa corn flour and simmered in a combination of tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, jalapenos, herbs, spices, beef broth and limejuice to create a thick, meaty sauce with mild to medium heat. Great over rice or on a bun as a Sloppy Jose, and even better with sour cream and cilantro! No Gluten ingredients.
Chicago Italian Beef
Center cut chuck browned in garlic and herbs and slowly cooked for 4-5 hours in wine and stock, torn into large shreds and tossed with stir fried bell peppers and it’s own defatted stock (for dipping like French Dip). Pictured here with spicy Italian giardinera and melted provolone on a demi baguette. Heating time about 8 minutes. No gluten ingredients.
Barbacoa Beef
