Tony’s Annual Chile Roast Is Back

It’s chile season – and at Tony’s Market, that means one thing: Tony’s Chile Roast is back and bigger than ever. We’re hosting four live chile roasting events from August 16 through September 6, and you’re invited to join the fun.

Whether you’re after Hatch, Pueblo, or just that unbeatable fire-roasted aroma in the air, these are the events to mark on your calendar.

Here’s What to Expect at Every Chile Roast

Roasted chiles are packed fresh in freezer-ready, push-seal bags.

2025 Chile Roast Dates & Locations

Each roast runs Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM – no RSVP required!

August 16 – Dry Creek (Hatch Only)

We’re kicking off the season with a fiery start at our Dry Creek store. You’ll find fresh Hatch chiles in all heat levels (Mild, Hot, Dynamite), plus chile-infused sausages, pork chops, twice baked potatoes, and more.
Get there early – quart and bushel sales go fast!

August 23 – Bowles Village (Hatch Only)

Next up: Bowles Village. Stop by for roasted Hatch chiles, your first taste of our chiles, and grill-fresh burgers, brats, sides, and drinks.
Bring a cooler and load up for the freezer.

August 30 – Castle Pines (Hatch + Pueblo)

It’s a chile showdown! Castle Pines will feature both Hatch and Pueblo chiles, roasted on-site, plus special features from every department.
Our local Pueblo chiles pack serious flavor – don’t miss out.

September 6 – Dry Creek Encore (Hatch + Pueblo)

Missed the first few? We’ve got you. The final roast of the season is back at Dry Creek with both chile types, plenty of heat, and all your favorite case-ready dishes.
It’s your last chance to stock up until next year.
